About / method

A desk for better questions.

HashrateTimes is being rebuilt around practical Bitcoin and mining questions: what does a number mean, which assumption moves it, and what should remain uncertain?

Editorial method: check the source, show the inputs and state the limits
The promise

Show the inputs.

Every calculator exposes its assumptions. Live values carry a source. A missing API response is shown as missing, not quietly replaced with a made-up number.

Editorial boundaries

We explain Bitcoin units, transaction fees, network difficulty, and mining cost scenarios. We do not predict prices, promise returns, or present a calculator result as a business plan.

Experience and evidence

Personal experience is labeled as personal experience. A product comparison does not imply that every product was tested. Sources, dates, and limitations stay next to the claim that needs them.

Commercial clarity

Partner links may be added only after the relevant program and its terms are verified. Any commercial relationship will be disclosed near the link. There is no active partner link in this first build.

Contact and corrections
